Part of our Joint Glide overview. Last checked October 27, 2026.
To buy Joint Glide, order through the vendor's site, getjointglide.com, where the checkout runs on ClickBank and one bottle costs $69 plus $7.99 shipping, checked October 27, 2026.[1] That is the only seller we checked. The brand is Critical Nutrition Labs, run by Critical Bench, Inc. of Clearwater, Florida.[2] Below are the prices, the refund steps and the parts of the refund policy that do not agree with each other.
Where can you buy Joint Glide?
You can buy Joint Glide from the vendor's sales page at getjointglide.com, which sends you to a ClickBank order form. ClickBank is the retailer of record, so your card statement shows CLKBANK*JointGlide, checked October 27, 2026.[1]
We did not check Amazon, Walmart or any other marketplace, so we cannot tell you whether Joint Glide is listed there or who would be selling it. Any listing you find there is unverified by us.
The refund steps on the vendor's contact page ask for a ClickBank order number and the packing slip from the original box.[2] A marketplace order would not come with either, so as far as we can tell the 60-day guarantee described below covers vendor orders only.
What do the facts show?
The vendor sells Joint Glide in three bundles. Each bottle holds 60 capsules, which is 30 days at the label's 2 capsules a day.[4] These are the ClickBank checkout totals for US orders, checked October 27, 2026:
| Bundle | Per bottle | Shipping (US) | Total charged | Days of supply |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bottle | $69 | $7.99 | $76.99 | 30 |
| 3 bottles | $59 | Free | $177 | 90 |
| 6 bottles | $49 | Free | $294 | 180 |
Each order is a one-time charge, not a subscription. The order form also offers a $15 add-on item. Untick it unless you want it, since it is easy to miss.
The vendor's FAQ gives delivery as 5 to 7 business days.[1] The seller lists a street address, 15373 Roosevelt Blvd, Suite 203, Clearwater, FL 33760, and a phone number, 1-727-351-3065.[2] Its terms send disputes to mediation and arbitration in Clearwater, Florida.[3]
The Better Business Bureau search page shows Critical Bench, Inc. with an A+ rating. We did not check the complaints on that profile.[5] For a breakdown of what each bundle costs per day, see our Joint Glide price and coupon guide.
What should you check before buying?
Run through this list before you pay:
- The order page address starts with the vendor's domain and the payment step runs on ClickBank.
- The $15 add-on box is unticked, unless you want that item.
- You know the bundle total, including the $7.99 shipping on a single bottle.
- You save the order confirmation email and order number. The refund step needs both.
- You keep the packing slip from the box. The return policy requires it.
- You have read the full Joint Glide ingredient list, since the formula contains white willow bark, which has aspirin-like compounds.
Ask a doctor first if you take a blood thinner, have an aspirin allergy, ulcers or kidney disease, or are under 18. Our Joint Glide side effects page covers the cautions in more detail.
How do you spot a copy or a mislabeled bottle?
Compare what arrives with the vendor's own label. The genuine Supplement Facts panel lists 10 ingredients per 2 capsules, led by organic devil's claw root powder 500 mg, MSM 300 mg and glucosamine HCl 200 mg.[4]
The pine bark on that label is Pinus massoniana, 150 mg. Some third-party pages call it Pycnogenol, which comes from a different pine species. Trust the label on the bottle, and question any seller whose product page lists different ingredients or amounts.
A ClickBank order also shows CLKBANK*JointGlide on your statement. A different charge name suggests the order went through someone else.
How do you get a Joint Glide refund?
The contact page sets out two steps, checked October 27, 2026:[2]
- Mail the bottles back with the packing slip that came in the original package. You pay the return postage. The address is Jetpack Shipping, Attn: Critical Nutrition Labs, 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278.
- Go to clkbank.com, look up your order with your email address and order number, and request the refund there.
The policy does not say whether the $7.99 shipping on a single bottle comes back to you. Use a tracked mail service so you can prove the date the box arrived.
Does the 60 days start at delivery or at purchase?
The policy says it both ways. The contact page first states: "You may return your purchase within 60 days of delivery for a full refund." Step 1 on the same page then says "your return must be received at our shipping facility within 60 days of purchase."[2]
Those two dates can sit a week or more apart, given the 5 to 7 business day delivery. The safe reading is the stricter one: count 60 days from the day you ordered, and have the box arrive in Ohio before then.
The sales page adds a third version. It calls the offer a "100% ironclad money back guarantee" and its FAQ says "Just send us an email and we'll promptly refund every penny," even if the bottle is used up.[1] The written return steps ask for more than an email, so plan on mailing the bottles back.
Our take
If you want to try Joint Glide, the vendor site with ClickBank checkout is the route we checked, and it is the one the refund steps are written for. The single bottle at $76.99 lets you test the formula with the least money at stake. Note your order date, keep the packing slip and leave room inside the stricter "60 days of purchase" reading. You can read how we check products for our method.
